Poetry Slam 2023

Join us Saturday, September 30, 2023 3-5PM for a competitive arts event in the Garden of Peace & Love at Bethany Arts Community in Ossining, NY. Enjoy beautiful nature scenes and art with contemporary poets in heated elimination rounds of spoken word.

This program is a collaboration between Bethany Arts Community and Art In The Basin with the Bronx Council of The Arts.

This slam event will host 8-10 pre-chosen poets who will engage in 3 rounds. The first round will seek to eliminate half of the poets. The second round will have poets competing for the final round, which will leave 2 poets competing for a cash prize.

Refreshments will be available for purchase.
