About the Exhibit

Images on display are a selection of photographs taken by eight students from the Westchester County Safe Harbor program. The students met at Bethany during their six-week 100cameras Snapshot Project, learning how to use photography as means to tell their stories in a way that reflects how they view themselves and their communities.

Local artists Christine Wexler and Anne Carpenter, a Bethany Studio Artist, led the program.

Local photographer Drew Bordeaux of Drew Bordeaux Photography generously donated his time and expertise, guest teaching and taking beautiful portraits of the students. Follow him on Facebook and Instagram: @drewimages

Local print maker Mark Sarazen of Sarazen Editions helped us print the beautiful images that are now on display in the gallery and donated glossy prints for the participants to take home at their graduation.
