But It’s Fiction! An Intimate Dialogue Between Fiction and Real Life
Sari Wilson, author of the acclaimed novel Girl Through Glass, shares a behind-the-scenes look at making fiction from life. This talk is an intimate look at one writer’s relationship with the material life gives you. Via three short readings from her debut novel Girl Through Glass, Wilson will discuss the real-life inspiration for these sections. The presentation will include images of 1970s New York City and other real-life images that inspired key elements of Wilson’s novel.
