A message from our Founder, David Lyons…
Greetings and salutations to the Bethany Arts Community! As we are all aware, the world and society is in a transition period. Bethany has been closed and will remain closed to the public through the month of April 2020. We will monitor and re-evaluate the situation through the coming weeks. Hopefully daily life will return to resemble something of what was in the near future. Until then, continuing with one of the founding ideas that “change is constant and always” and should be embraced, we will be offering a variety of opportunities for the entire Community to stay informed and connected.
Please stay tuned for the many necessary and exciting changes that will be coming to Bethany in the future. Please support the arts however you can and whenever you can. I think it’s during stressful times that coming together and working as a community is the cement of our foundation as a society. It is that cement that makes us stronger for the next challenge, the next change that will come. Please stay safe and healthy, look out for one another. As a community, we are strong.
Come on, gather ’round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You’ll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin’
Then you better start swimmin’
Or you’ll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin’
– Bob Dylan
